■Product overview

"Actee" is a tin/cobalt alloy plating solution that produces a unique bluish black film with good coverage, uniform color tone, and extremely stable color. In addition, by controlling the plating solution (chemicals), it is possible to change the color tone to any color from light black to deep black, allowing us to meet a wide range of color tone requests. "Acty Bath" is highly adaptable not only to manual hook plating but also to barrel plating, which is produced in large quantities, and is effective in improving productivity.

■Applications

Black alloy (bluish black). Final finishing plating for buttons, hooks, buckles, accessories, bag caps, and other accessories, toys, daily decorations/craft goods, and other lighting equipment. *For the underlying bright nickel plating, a white-based brightener bath such as "Nicol" is suitable.
