■Product overview

DIPSOL NZ-98 is a new type of brightener for the highly functional era, with excellent uniform electrodeposition that cannot be obtained with conventional zincate bath galvanizing brighteners. It can be used in a wide current density and zinc concentration range, is less affected by impurities, and has good workability because its appearance and physical properties do not change much even when the bath temperature rises.

■Features

・It has excellent coverage and uniform electrodeposition, making it possible to plate parts with a uniform thickness even on parts with complex shapes. ・Bake-treated products also have a glossy appearance. - Less affected by impurities and provides a good appearance. - Plating time can be shortened because there is no drop in current efficiency or burnt during high current work. ・Applicable to a wide range of bath temperatures from 15 to 40℃.

■Bath composition

・Zinc: 8~15g/L. ・Caustic soda: 110~180g/L. ・NZ-98S: 8~12mL/L. ・NZ-Conditioner: 5~40mL/L.
