About This Product

■Product overview

DIPSOL NZ-71 is a new type of brightener for the era of high functionality that provides high-speed zincate that cannot be obtained with conventional zincate brighteners. A glossy plating appearance can be obtained even with high zinc and high temperatures.

■Applications

Brightener for static baths and zincate galvanizing baths.

■Features

Capable of high current and high speed plating. 6A/dm2-1 minute-1 micron. *NZ-71 will be used for replenishment.

■Bath composition

・Metallic zinc: 8~17g/L. ・Caustic soda: 100~180g/L. ・NZ-71S: 4~8mL/L. ・F-0529: 2~4mL/L. ・H-0616Y: 0.1~0.5mL/L.
