About This Product

■Product overview

Dip Sole NZ-77 has a clean and bright plating appearance, and has excellent finish and secondary processability. The bath has a simple composition, generates little sludge from the anode, and is easy to manage. It has a wide working current range and also plays a major role in pollution prevention.

■Applications

Brightener for rotating baths and zincate galvanizing baths.

■Features

・The plating has a white appearance and has excellent secondary processability. - Less anode sludge and easy filtration. *NZ-77 will be used for replenishment.

■Bath composition

・Metallic zinc: 6~10g/L. ・Caustic soda: 100~140g/L. ・NZ-77S: 4~8mL/L.
