About This Product

■Product overview

Dipsol NZ-750 is a new type of zincate bath high-speed barrel galvanizing brightener that achieves high-speed plating that ensures a plating film thickness of 8 μm or more in 20 minutes, and also has excellent uniform electrodeposition. It also has excellent compatibility with trivalent chromium chemical conversion treatment. It also has good baking properties.

■Applications

Zincate bath high speed barrel galvanizing brightener for rotating baths.

■Features

・The plating speed is approximately 0.5μm/min under standard conditions. ・Good uniform electrodeposition and baking properties. - Excellent compatibility with trivalent chromium chemical conversion treatment.

■Bath composition

・Metallic zinc: 13~17g/L. ・Caustic soda: 130~170g/L. ・NZ-750S: 9~15mL/L. ・H-0616Y: 0~0.1mL/L. ・NZ-Conditioner: 10~20mL/L.
