■Applications

Eliminates and prevents adhesion, clogging, rat holes, arching, and bridges that occur in hopper chutes, ducts, tanks, etc.

■Features

・This is a hammering device that uses the energy of an electromagnet to move a piston rod at high speed, applying a strong impact to powder adhesion and bridges in equipment such as hoppers to eliminate them. ・No air is required, and it can be used with AC (3-phase 200V). ・It has a completely sealed structure, so it can be used outdoors or in places with a bad atmosphere. ・The number of blows is guaranteed to be 2 million times (1 million times for the SIC-3A type). It has a track record of being struck 5 million times and is highly durable. No maintenance is required up to the guaranteed number of times. ・The impact force hardly decreases even if the distance between the maghammer and the special board is up to 100m. - Impact force can be easily adjusted using the knob on the control panel. ・Automatic operation is possible by setting continuous blows and pause times. ・Can be hit repeatedly (up to 10 times) and is highly effective in removing adhesion. ・Automatic operation is possible using external interlocking signals. -Can be used in high-temperature equipment (maximum 300℃, ambient temperature maximum 40℃) (special: high temperature specification). - Can be manufactured entirely from SUS (special: corrosion resistant specification). - Products with CE mark conformity declaration can be manufactured (special: CE specifications).

■Features of flameproof explosion-proof type

It is flameproof and explosion-proof (ExdⅡBT4) and can be used in hazardous areas such as gas and steam (Class 1 hazardous areas and Type 2 hazardous areas).
