About This Product

■Electromagnetic separator CG type developed exclusively for powderIt has been said that iron removal is difficult when the particle size of the raw material is 0.1 mm or less, as it increases not only the adhesion between particles but also the adhesion to the magnetic separator. 

The CG type is characterized by a structure that efficiently concentrates the generated magnetic flux inside the device and creates a high magnetic flux density area.There is no magnetic leakage, and by encasing multiple layers of screens with sharp edges inside the cylindrical shape and giving them slight vibrations, fine powder with poor fluidity is dispersed, and fine iron powder can be removed with high efficiency by passing through the magnetized screen.

 It is used in many fields, including the removal of fine iron powder generated during the manufacturing process of lithium-ion batteries.

Removes fine iron powder from raw materials
■Applications①This is the most efficient model for removing fine iron powder from powder, and is widely used in the food industry as well as in the chemical/plastic, ceramic, and pharmaceutical industries.
②For the treatment of positive and negative electrode materials for secondary batteries, we can handle specifications designed specifically for use in secondary batteries. (Does not use prohibited substances such as copper, zinc, brass, and tin)

■Features① The magnetized screen removes magnetic substances of several microns.
② Since the screen case is vibrated with a vibrator, it can be used even with raw materials with poor fluidity.
③Entrainment of raw materials is minimal.
④ If you turn off the excitation power, the screen will have no magnetic force and can be easily cleaned.

②A maghammer can be attached to materials with poor fluidity (optional).
③You can select the type and opening of the screen according to the raw material.
