"Kurunamove" is a repellent device that uses laser light to prevent wild birds such as pigeons and crows from entering or to force the birds to leave. Its unique feature is that it utilizes the habits of wild animals, triggering a repellent reaction through laser irradiation and movement, and causing them to retreat without harming them. Unlike past repellent devices, this device uses speckle noise (multi-blinking light with speckled patterns of light and dark = flickering) and DOE to effectively evacuate people as a countermeasure to "get used to (sounds, voices, voices, smells)".
