About This Product

Soft-closing "closes slowly and quietly" Compatible with both right-hand and left-hand doors. Damper catch for side-opening doors.

■Features

- Damper catch for side-opening doors. - You can easily align the product by pressing the main unit under the top plate and aligning the door edge side with the side plate wood end surface. - Compatible with both right-hand and left-hand openings. - Compatible with furniture doors up to 40kg (for DC-200-40) ・The installation adjustment range of the catch is ±5mm left and right and ±4mm up and down.

■Recommended hinge

Hidden hinge HES3D-90 type with three-dimensional adjustment function

■Caution

・When attaching to sheet metal, please prepare the screws yourself. (Recommended body mounting screw: Cross-recessed bind screw M4 × 30 / Recommended catch mounting screw: Cross-recessed bind screw M4 × 15) ・Attach the main body and catch where the core material is located. ・If the opening/closing resistance of the hinge is large, it may not close. ・The closing speed of the door varies depending on the size and mass of the door used, and the type of hinge. Please check the actual product for movement.

- When using a flush door, please insert the core material into the catch mounting position of this product. This may cause noise, damage, or malfunction. - Be sure to observe the specified dimensions, specifications, and horizontal and vertical alignment of each part. Warping, tilting, or twisting of the board may result in failure or reduced performance. - Manufacture a cabinet strong enough to withstand the weight of the door and the impact when opening and closing the door. Also, be sure to use the specified screws and tighten them securely. If the installation strength is insufficient, the door may fall off and cause injury. ・Regularly check for any abnormalities such as loose screws, and retighten.
