About This Product

■Electrical connection conductor made of overlapping thin copper strips

It is an electrical connection conductor with a flexible section made by stacking the required number of thin copper strips or copper foils, and terminals for connecting to other terminals bonded to both ends of the flexible section. Terminal joining methods include electron beam welding (KE type), argon welding (KW type), riveting (KR type), and solder fixing (KS type). It can also be used as a heat transfer path. Features

■Standard copper strip thickness

- Standard copper strip thickness is 0.2mm. -Other copper strip thicknesses of 0.05mm, 0.1mm, and 0.5mm can also be manufactured.

■Size is free

・Can be manufactured from small to large sizes in terms of capacitance and terminal shape. ・We can also manufacture sizes other than those in this catalog. ・KE type and KW type can accommodate special shapes of terminals.
