About This Product

A soft conductor made of a combination of flat braided wires and compression-molded terminals attached to both ends. Heat-resistant flat braided wire flexible terminals are conductors for electrical connections that use heat-resistant wire as strands and have compression-molded terminals attached to both ends. Features

■Excellent flexibility

By making the flat braided wire in the flexible part thinner, flexibility is improved and installations such as complex bending and twisting are possible.

■Excellent heat resistance

It has superior heat resistance compared to copper flat braided wire. Heat resistant temperature 300℃. However, this is not a guaranteed value.

■Applications

・Connection inside power receiving boards and switchboards of power equipment such as power substation and distribution ・Inside transportation equipment such as railway cars, aircraft, automobiles, etc. ・Welding machines, heat treatment equipment, heating furnaces ・Mega solar equipment PCS, current collection box, distribution box ・Connection between storage battery cells ・Between bus duct and bus bar connection ・Thermal path, thermal strap for cooling heat transfer, heat radiation, etc.

・To absorb thermal expansion and contraction ・For vibration absorption ・For connection with electrical equipment ・For correction and adjustment of dimensions during installation ・For vibration absorption during earthquakes ・To absorb connection spacing due to ground subsidence
