About This Product

Demonstrates its power in terminal and connection processing of electric wires and cables. A tape made from the accumulation of electrical insulation technology and synthetic resin applied processing technology. This is a self-adhesive tape made of adhesive material mainly composed of butyl rubber. Please use it to fill the connection parts and branch parts of various cables where it is difficult to wrap Fco Tape No. 2. Used in combination with electrical insulation tape "Fco Tape No. 2". Features

■Complete self-fusion

It is completely fused and integrated with the adhesive layer of Fco Tape No. 2.

■Hardness for easy filling

You can easily shape it with your fingers and fill in even the smallest details with little force.

■Applications

For filling areas where it is difficult to wrap Fco Tape No. 2 due to large steps at the connections and branch points of various cables. (Note) This tape is an insulating material for filling. Be sure to wrap Fco Tape No. 2 on top. (Note) Ensure the necessary insulation performance with Fco Tape No. 2.

■How to use

- After thoroughly cleaning the surface of the object, tear off the separator and wrap the tape in 1/2 overlap, pulling it until the tape width is 4 to 5 mm narrower to avoid trapping air. ・When using it for a filling part, form it into an appropriate shape in advance and fill it while being careful not to leave any air. When using in cold weather, please warm to room temperature.
