About This Product

Demonstrates its power in terminal and connection processing of electric wires and cables. A tape made from the accumulation of electrical insulation technology and synthetic resin applied processing technology. This is a high-voltage insulating tape made by laminating a self-adhesive adhesive material mainly composed of butyl rubber to a polyethylene base material. There are two types: ``Insulating the connections and terminals of various rubber and plastic cables'' and ``Repairing damaged parts of cable insulation.''

■Features- Conforms to the "black adhesive polyethylene insulation tape" specified by extension regulations.
- Widely used for insulating connections and terminal treatments of various rubber and plastic coated cables up to 33kV.

Purpose
■Electrical insulation tape from 100V to 33kV・Terminal treatment of high-voltage power cables and electric wires and insulation treatment of connections
・Repair of damaged insulation of high-voltage power cables and wires
・Waterproofing/insulating treatment and prevention of slippage of insulated wire cover and clamp cover mounting parts

■How to use・While pulling gently, wrap the tape so that it sticks tightly to the object without wrinkles (the width of the tape is narrowed by 1 to 2 mm), with the adhesive side facing inward and 1/2 overlap. Be careful not to pull it too much as this may cause it to become misaligned.
・In cold weather, warm it up a little by putting it in your clothing pocket (tape temperature: +5℃~+30℃) before use.
