About This Product

■Standard type EE-RT

It has a two-layer structure of an acrylic body and a PET film, which is hard, has high thermal conductivity, and is easy to handle. The thickness is 0.3mm, the thinnest among non-silicone products, and is advantageous in terms of heat resistance. Features

■Siloxane free

There is no generation of low-molecular-weight siloxane, which is thought to cause problems such as contact failure and optical lens fogging.

■Environmental response

All TM sheets comply with environmental regulations such as ROHS, REACH, and North American TSCA, and do not contain harmful substances such as halogens, lead, and fluorocarbons.

■Low VOC (volatile organic gas)

It uses materials and manufacturing methods that do not easily generate gas, and the amount of gas generated is smaller than that of general heat conductive sheets. Reduces the risk of corrosion of connectors and wiring and fogging of optical components.

■Low oil bleed

The amount of oil bleed generated is smaller than that of general silicone products.

■Easy to handle

It has a two-layer structure with a thin PET film attached to the main body, so it is resistant to stretching and tearing, and has excellent handling properties (VHT, VST, EE-RT). Use the PET film as is without removing it. * PET film may wrinkle during the manufacturing process, but it is smoothed out by compression, so it has little effect on thermal resistance. Purpose

In addition to custom cuts, standard length cuts (150 x 230 mm) and uncut sheets are also available.

■Custom size

・Take the maximum number of pieces possible within the standard size of 150 x 230 mm. -Minimum size is 5x5mm.

■Standard size

150×230mm (A5 size) is our standard size.

■Uncut raw fabric

- A sheet of paper without cutting the edges is called raw paper. Effective dimensions are 160 x 240 mm. ・For products with PET film (EE-RT, VHT, etc.), the film protrudes sideways (film width is 350mm).
