About This Product

Rapco Tube" is a corrosion-resistant heat shrinkable tube made of a cross-linked polyethylene tube with a highly anti-corrosive adhesive bonded to the inner surface. It has anti-corrosion performance comparable to the polyethylene layer of plastic-lined steel pipes, and is easy and reliable to work with. It can be used in joints such as pipelines that require high anti-corrosion performance.

■Excellent corrosion resistanceIt has excellent waterproofness, weather resistance, chemical resistance, stress cracking resistance, bacteria resistance, and electrical properties.

■High reliability backed by approximately 30 years of usage experienceSince it can be applied without relying on special techniques, it can form a highly reliable anti-corrosion layer.

■Easy to work withCompared to the tape wrapping method, it takes less time and improves work efficiency.

■A wide variety of sizesWe have a wide variety of types and sizes available to suit the diameter and irregularly shaped parts of polyethylene lined steel pipes. E-50 shows 50% shrinkage and E-75 shows 75% shrinkage.

■Applications・For corrosion prevention of joints such as gas and oil pipelines
・For protection and waterproofing of connections of power and communication cables, etc.
