This small, low-power, 3-axis accelerometer can be used in a wide range of applications, including motion detection in mobile devices, game controllers, personal navigation devices, and health and fitness monitoring.

The ADXL344ACCZ-RL7 boasts high resolution (13-bit) measurements up to ±16g. The high resolution allows for highly accurate detection of movements such as tilt and fall detection. The device can measure not only static gravitational acceleration in tilt sensing applications, but also dynamic acceleration due to motion, shock, and vibration.

One of the main features of this accelerometer is its user-selectable bandwidth. This bandwidth is configurable for your application via the serial interface (SPI/I2C).
