■Description

SCCU25E256SRB is an SCC series electric double layer capacitor. It comes in a radial can package and has an installed height of 1.063 inches (27.00mm). The capacitance of this capacitor is 25F, the tolerance is -10%, +30%, and the rated voltage is 3V. ESR (equivalent series resistance) is 27mOhm at 1kHz. Temperature life is 1,000 hours at 60°C. The operating temperature range is -40℃ ~ 65℃. This capacitor measures 0.630" diameter (16.00mm). This product is manufactured by KYOCERA AVX.
