About This Product

■Features・The proper mounting height of 909LK-42S is the same as that of 420S-150mm, so it can be used without adjusting the height.
・The load mass is supported by casters.

■909LK How to use hammerlock safely- To lock, press the down pedal all the way down. At that time, the up pedal will be set higher than the down pedal and will be in a completely locked state.
- To unlock: When you press the up pedal downward, it will be in the same position as the down pedal, so pull your foot back and remove it from the pedal. The base will then rise and the lock will be released.

■Notes on handling 909LK Hammerlock- This is a stopper for carts with casters and is not intended for lifting. Never use it as a jack.
・When installing, be sure to set it between two swivel casters.
・Please observe the appropriate installation height.
・If the installation space is too high, it will not lock completely. If it is too low, the trolley will lift up.
- Rather than lifting the trolley, the built-in spring pushes it against the floor and locks it. The shrinkage margin is approximately 5mm, and the pressing force at this time is approximately 392N (approximately 40kgf).
・The load is supported by casters.
・Do not use it to secure a workbench or step stand.
・Avoid using on slopes or slopes.
・Please install the pedal with the pedal outside to avoid getting your foot caught between the mounting frame and the pedal. When installing inside the frame, leave a gap so that the legs do not get caught.
