About This Product

A tabletop steel honeycomb surface plate air spring type vibration isolator that integrates a high-performance vibration isolation system. Due to the miniaturization of lasers and peripheral equipment and improvements in optical fiber technology, optical experiments often do not require as long optical paths as before. Meiritsu Seiki has produced many series of tabletop vibration isolators. The AET series, which combines this with a steel honeycomb surface plate, is an ideal vibration isolator for small-area optical experiments.

■Ideal for small-scale optical experiments

・Although it is small, it uses a steel Hakam surface plate, and the rigidity of the surface plate is perfect. Eliminates optical axis misalignment of less than a micron. ・Top surface tap is standard processing with M6 x 25mm matrix. In addition, the top plate material is SUS430, and it can also be used with a magnetic stand. Of course, the vibration isolation system has proven high performance. All mechanisms are compactly stored.

■Four types available to choose from depending on the usage situation

・S type with automatic level maintenance mechanism: An automatic level maintenance mechanism is added to the air spring. The surface plate always remains horizontal even if the load on the spring system changes due to reloading or moving installed equipment. It is always connected to an air source of 0.35~0.70MPa and is used by reducing the pressure with the built-in pressure reducing valve. ・Manual level adjustment type N type: The N type uses an attached hand pump to supply air and maintain the level of the surface plate. It is easy to use even for first-time users, and once set, there is no need to supply air for 1 to 2 weeks. This is useful if you use it in a room without an air source or if you change the installation location frequently. ・C type with clamp mechanism: Equipped with a clamp mechanism to secure the mounting board. Instead of the conventional mechanical clamp that completely fixes the mounting board, we have adopted a soft clamp that restricts the movement of the mounting board by increasing the spring constant of the air spring.

■Addition of H (high load) type with increased loadable mass

In order to accommodate heavier equipment, we have added a model with a payload capacity of 200kg. (For size 0405, the loadable mass is 100 kg)
