About This Product

A high-end type steel honeycomb surface plate air spring type vibration isolator with upgraded vibration isolation performance and various mechanisms. Meiritsu Seiki's uniquely developed parallel swing mechanism enhances vibration isolation performance in the horizontal direction. It meets the needs of optical experiments such as interferometers and holography, which are sensitive to subtle vibrations in all vertical and horizontal directions. Furthermore, the performance of various mechanisms has been further improved. This is a high-performance vibration isolator that combines the lightweight and high rigidity features of a steel honeycomb surface plate.

■Meiritsu Seiki's unique parallel swing mechanism

For example, it incorporates Meiritsu Seiki's unique parallel swing mechanism that allows a two-person swing to move both front and back, left and right, and at the same time. As a result, the horizontal natural frequency is 0.5Hz, which is less than 1/3 of that of the conventional model. We responded to feedback that horizontal vibrations can have a subtle effect on optical experiments, which often involve fixing a large number of lenses, prisms, mirrors, etc. to a surface plate using holders and stands.

In addition to the air damping mechanism with a variable office, the AYA series is equipped with a new damper that uses the new material αGEL. The damping performance, which quickly stops vibrations in the surface plate without compromising vibration isolation performance, has been further improved, making it even easier to use.
