■Procedural image processing

We perform inspections using various methods such as checking for color, comparing with images of non-defective products, measuring dimensions and angles, and counting. ・Printing defects ・Orientation of electronic components ・Different wiring colors - Scratch/bump detection ・Dimensions and angles of parts ・OCR・Barcode ・Reading laser markings ・Reading analog meters and digital meters

■AI image processing

AI can be used to inspect complex products and objects with large variations that are difficult to use with procedural image processing. - Scratches and dents on aluminum die casting ・Metal etching and circuit pattern printing ・Detection of no solder and little solder ・Hair contamination in food ・Counting straw cross section ・Check for presence of air bubbles ・Identification of potato grade ・OCR of metal stamps Features of EasyInspector2
