About This Product

INARI P35" is a pneumatic injection molding machine that uses an air cylinder as its driving source. The concept of making injection molding easy was the same as that of the manual INARI, but we aimed to achieve more stable molding quality and support a wide range of materials. With easy handle operation and one switch, anyone can perform high-quality molding. It has a pressurizing capacity of approximately 2 tons and a heating temperature of up to 320℃, and can also be used for molding engineered plastics including polycarbonate. We will expand all possibilities of manufacturing, from prototype use in research and development to molding tests of new materials and small-volume production of products.

■Simple operability that is easy to use

Operation of "INARI P35" is extremely easy. Just put the pellets in, set the mold, tilt the handle toward you, and press the switch. Anyone can perform stable, high-quality molding without requiring complicated operations.

■Large mold setting table with preheating function

Although it is a compact tabletop size machine, the table has a mold installation area of ​​400mm x 183mm x 80mm. Since large molded products can be made, the range of designs can be greatly expanded. Furthermore, it is equipped with a mold preheating function, allowing detailed molding conditions to be set, allowing for high-quality molding.

■Widely compatible with engineering plastic molding

"INARI P35" has a pressurizing capacity of approximately 2 tons and a heating temperature of up to 320℃. It is now possible to mold engineered plastics including polycarbonate, making it possible to manufacture products using a wide range of materials.

■Simple structure that allows you to easily introduce new materials

The structure is simpler than general large injection molding machines, so there is no need to worry about major troubles when adding materials. You can easily input a variety of materials, from filler materials to waste plastics such as PET bottle caps. Ideal for molding tests of new materials.
