About This Product

INARI M06/M12 was born out of the desire to provide people who work on research and development with an environment where they can slowly mold products on their tabletops. Until now, injection molding machines have meant large machines weighing tens of tons. This requires a large-scale mold, so I'm sure there are many "small ideas" that have disappeared. With INARI, you can carefully work on molding quietly on your tabletop, without bothering the on-site workers. INARI was launched in 2017 and is already becoming a standard tool for people making injection molding prototypes. We are confident that the ``small ideas'' that people in research and development hold within will be realized and numerous manufacturing revolutions will be born.

■Realizes revolutionary injection structure

A typical injection molding machine extrudes molten pellets by having a press shaft (extrusion rod) in direct contact with the pellets. In contrast, INARI has developed a unique structure that pushes out melted pellets through unmelted pellets. This method not only prevents material from getting tangled with the press shaft, but also prevents discoloration of the material by separating the melted pellets from oxygen in the air. By reviewing the injection molding structure, we have achieved high maintainability and functionality.

■Designed to reduce the burden on the mold

A typical manual injection molding machine injects material while pressing the cylinder against the mold during molding. With this method, the force pushing the press shaft is transmitted directly to the mold via the cylinder, so there is a high possibility that the mold will be deformed or damaged. In contrast, INARI uses a new structure that separates the force that pushes the mold and the force that pushes the material during molding. Furthermore, we succeeded in reducing the stress on the mold by increasing the contact surface between the mold and the tip of the cylinder.

■Split cylinder allows for smooth material exchange

The split cylinder allows the nozzle and cylinder pipe to be separated, making it easy to remove the material left inside. Additionally, blasting and plating treatment prevents materials from sticking. Cleaning the cylinder becomes easier and material exchange becomes stress-free.
