About This Product

TSP303 Ease explores geologically discontinuous zones (fracture zones, aquifers, etc.) in front of the tunnel face in a short time. Measurements are made by blasting a small amount of gunpowder in an oscillation hole installed in the wall of a tunnel to generate elastic waves. The reflected waves reflected from the geological discontinuity zone in front of the face (exploration range: 100m to 150m) are received and recorded by four highly sensitive three-component receivers installed with quick-hardening mortar inside the hole wall of the mine. The acquired reflection waveform is analyzed using TSP303 dedicated software, and the position of the geological discontinuity zone can be analyzed in 3D display. From the analysis results, an elastic wave velocity distribution map in front of the face can be obtained, as well as the geological situation of the surrounding ground. The entire process, from measurement to output of analysis results, can be completed in half a day.

■Features

- A small amount of gunpowder is blasted in an oscillation hole installed in the hole wall to generate elastic waves. The reflected waves reflected from the geological discontinuity zone are received and recorded by four highly sensitive three-component receivers. ・Create a 3D model in a range of 100 to 150 m forward from the face on both sides of the tunnel axis, 50 m to the left and right, and analyze the elastic wave velocity for each grid. ・The 3D elastic wave velocity map can be sliced with vertical or transverse lines. This allows you to check the elastic wave velocity at detailed points. ・The 3D final result can be output by projecting the reflective surface onto the elastic wave velocity. The 3D elastic wave velocity map can be sliced with vertical and transverse lines, and the final 3D result is an output that projects the reflection surface onto the elastic wave velocity. This allows you to check the elastic wave velocity at detailed points. The 2D final result outputs the physical property values calculated from the Vp and Vs velocities and the 2D reflective surface in a plan view and longitudinal section. The final result can be output as DXF, so the data can be used in CIM, etc. Purpose

■Simple preparation work

・A vibration receiving hole and an oscillation hole are provided on the side wall. ・3-axis sensor with dowel (casing) installed in the receiving hole ・System setup and installation time total approximately 30 minutes

■Powerful 3D analysis software

・Wizard-following 3D seismic waveform data processing (data processing is fully automatic or semi-automatic) ・Comprehensive list of rock types and rock classes ・3D analysis model can be set for a maximum area of 250m x 100m x 100m
