About This Product

This product was developed to meet the demand for improved safety and efficiency in tunnel construction. By equipping a conventional spraying system with an erector and a basket, it is possible to perform everything from spraying to shoring erection with one machine. In addition, with the built-in scraper function, it is possible to remove shotcrete adhering to shoring. Features

■Equipped with functions from spraying to shoring erection

Hercules is equipped with an erecta, a basket, a spray machine, a spray robot, a compressor, and a scraper function, so it can perform everything from spraying to erecting shoring and removing concrete adhered to shoring with one machine.

■Significantly shorten cycle time

Since there is no need to replace the machine, cycle time can be significantly shortened and the risk of contact etc. is reduced.

■Securely holds the shoring

By using the FTS catcher, even if the size of the shoring (H125 to H250) changes, there is no need to modify the catcher, and the shoring can be securely held. *If the shoring size is special, please contact us.

■Ensuring safe work

Since the basket can be moved forward and backward, a large spraying work space can be secured. Additionally, there is no need for workers to walk on the boom, allowing them to safely get on and off the basket from a distance from the face.

■Selectable trolley/spray machine

You can choose a trolley (rubber crawler type, wheel type) or spray machine (pump type, air conveyance type) depending on the site situation.

■Wide range of motion

Since the catcher has a wide range of downward movement, it is possible to erect the lower half of the shoring without replacing the pins.

■Excellent scraper function

Since it has a scraper function, shotcrete adhering to the shoring can be removed using the erecta boom.
