About This Product

CTS-49 is a waveform display type ultrasonic thickness gauge with coating cancellation function. The measurement range is 0.5mm to 600mm, and the resolution is 0.01mm. The target object can be a wide range of metal and non-metal materials. The dual-element probe makes it ideal for corrosion thinning inspection. A model with B-scan function is also available to meet various needs (CTS-59).

・Measurement range: 0.5mm to 600mm
・Display resolution: 0.01mm/0.1mm
・Can measure both thickness and sound velocity with one device
・Measurement sensitivity adjustment function (manual/automatic)
・Two-point calibration possible
・In addition to metals, it is also possible to measure the thickness of non-metallic materials such as glass, ceramics, and plastics.
・Can also be applied to corrosion and thinning inspections
・Various probes that can be selected according to the application (options: 2MHz, 7.5MHz, delay 7.5MHz, high temperature, etc.)
・A scan (waveform) display possible
・B scan display possible (CTS-59 only)
・Large, easy-to-read LCD screen (LCD size: 70mm x 114mm)
・Up to 10,000 points of measurement data can be saved (CTS-59 can save up to 20,000 points)
・Data can also be transferred to a PC using the included software
・Rechargeable and can measure for more than 6 hours
・Compact design with body size of 105mm x 180mm x 42mm and weight of 600g
