About This Product
■What is EXG Repair Series?
It is a water-based (*1) environmentally friendly repair material that is excellent for repairing structures, and is the first water-based (*1) repair material for concrete structures to be registered in NETIS.

■Features
・A water-based flame retardant based on food additives ammonium phosphate and ammonium sulfate, which is friendly to people and the environment.
・This product does not use any volatile organic solvents (VOC) and is friendly to the human body and the environment.
- If the material is permeable, it will exhibit flame retardant performance without changing its initial properties (texture, color, shape, etc.).
・Can be applied using methods suitable for the base material, such as spraying, brushing, roller, and impregnation. Additionally, since it is water-based, construction equipment can be easily washed away with water after use.

How to use
■Surface treatment
As a general pre-treatment of the material surface before applying EXG Repair flame retardant, the material surface should be cleaned to remove dust, dirt, oil, fat, laitance, etc. Also, make sure the product you are applying is dry.
■Coating work
There are 1) spraying methods, 2) brushing methods, 3) impregnation methods, and 4) mechanical impregnation methods for EXG Repair flame retardant. ① to ③ are mainly applied to paper products, cloth products, etc., and ④ is used to apply to wooden products.
*Before the full-scale application work, be sure to partially apply a small amount of EXG Repair flame retardant and make sure that there is no discoloration or deformation before applying.
■Precautions for use
・Avoid direct sunlight, high temperature and humidity, and keep the container tightly closed and store in a well-ventilated place.
・If swallowed, rinse your mouth immediately. If you feel unwell, please contact your doctor immediately
・If it comes in contact with your skin or hair, immediately take off all contaminated clothing and remove it.
・Please dispose of the contents and container properly at a specialized waste disposal company licensed by the prefectural governor.
