About This Product

■What is EXG Repair Series?It is a water-based (*1) environmentally friendly repair material that is excellent for repairing structures, and is the first water-based (*1) repair material for concrete structures to be registered in NETIS.

■Features・Basic primer of EXG repair series
・Increases the durability and waterproofness of structures by penetrating into minute gaps in the applied surface and fixing.
・Prevent carbonation by blocking neutralization factors such as air
・Water-based epoxy resin penetrates into gaps and exhibits strong adhesive strength, blocking outside air and water and making the surface waterproof and hardened.
・It not only hardens the surface of the adherend, but also penetrates deeply and adheres strongly to the top coat.
・Can be used on wet surfaces, salt-damaged surfaces, and oil surfaces

■Construction precautions/handling precautions・When applying, if a white puddle forms, spread it with a brush, etc.
・Please perform construction within the range of 0℃~40℃. Avoid construction if it rains or the temperature drops to 0℃ after 2 hours.
・Do not use if the pot life (1 hour) has passed after stirring.
・Wash the equipment used for construction thoroughly with hot water, water, or a neutral detergent immediately after construction.
・Please be careful not to come into direct contact with your skin or eyes, or inhale the vapor or mist.
・Prolonged contact may cause skin sensitivity and itchy eyes.
・In case of contact, wash clothing and skin with water, and if contact with eyes, rinse with water for at least 15 minutes and consult a doctor.
・Please store indoors at temperatures below 0℃ and away from direct sunlight.
