About This Product

Features

A wide variety of chip breakers and grades are available for a variety of machining and workpiece materials.

■Drill diameter

・ø12.5–ø54.0mm ・L/D=2, 3, 4, 5

■Further improves chip evacuation performance

By adopting an optimized oil hole, the amount of oil is significantly increased to 1.5 times compared to the conventional model, and the machined surface roughness is also good. TungDrillBig

■Tool consolidation with tool diameter adjustment function

øDc:ø55mm–ø80mm, L/D=2.5

■Highly rigid body design & optimal arrangement of inserts

By pursuing improved body rigidity and optimal cutting balance, stable machining is possible and excellent hole accuracy is achieved.

■Tool diameter can be adjusted by replacing the setting plate

The diameter range of ø55mm to ø80mm can be covered with just 5 types of bodies, making it possible to consolidate expensive large-diameter hole machining tools.

■Two types of cartridges can be selected

-Two types of cartridges can be installed in the same body. Inserts can be selected depending on the processing application. ・TDX type – TungDrillTwisted (Tung Drill Twisted) ・TDS type – Tung-SixDrill (Tung Six Drill)
