About This Product

■A lineup of shank sizes that can be used on cam-type lathes and automatic lathes.

・High rigidity clamp with optimized screw suppresses insert movement during processing ・The insert's ground contact surface provides excellent cutting edge positioning accuracy. ・Set shank size from 6mm to 10mm square ・New clamping mechanism allows the use of the same insert for all shank sizes ・Flat holder shape allows installation to the turret from both front and rear directions without interference

■Suitable for a wide range of processing

・Inserts for parting and pre-turning are available. ・By setting the blank insert, you can mold the desired shape of the cutting edge. ・The 2-corner insert has a unique clamping mechanism, so even if one corner is damaged, the opposite corner can be reliably used. ・Right hand and left hand settings
