About This Product

■Vibration suppression mechanism

When drilling deep holes with long overhangs, BoreMeister has a vibration suppression mechanism built into the tool body that cancels out vibrations due to cutting resistance when drilling deep holes with long overhangs. The restraint mechanism consists of a weight and a spring that supports it. Vibration during machining is canceled by the suppression mechanism, suppressing noise during machining and chattering surfaces of the workpiece.

■Bowling head

The BoreMeister is a tool that combines an anti-vibration bar with an exchangeable boring head, and the joints are serrated to increase installation accuracy. Each part can be connected with screws and a wide variety of heads can be attached to accommodate various processing forms.
