About This Product

Two types of corner angles and entering angles to enable any machining Double-sided 6-corner insert with corner angles of 80° and 35°.

■Post-grinding processing

No special program is required, and the high-feed blade shape enables approximately 200% more efficient machining than conventional ISO tools.

■Pre-grinding processing

Same cutting angle and same machining as conventional ISO tools.

■Excellent clamping rigidity is achieved by the unique uneven shape Y-PRISM on the bottom of the insert and the deposit.
