About This Product

■Advantages of Y-axis machining

・Excellent chatter resistance as it receives cutting force in the highly rigid axial direction - Allows chips to fall downward, eliminating problems with chip disposal on workpieces and tools.

■Polygon coupling Y-axis tool for multi-tasking machines

Highly rigid holder design and internal oil supply mechanism enable stable and long-life machining. Highly efficient machining is possible by indexing the Y-axis to a small cutting angle.

■T-shape

Maximum feed rate 2mm/rev

■D shape

Maximum feed rate 1.2mm/rev

■Tooling image: Y-axis indexing and high-efficiency post-milling

・Medium cutting with T shape ・High-efficiency machining is possible with AddY-axisTurn's high-feed blade shape. ・Both sides of the corner can be used by indexing the Y-axis, achieving stable and long-life machining.

■Finishing and copying processing using D shape

・Achieves high precision machining by finishing with one AddY-axisTurn ・Excellent accessibility to tailstock ・Resolves chip processing problems and contributes to automation processes
