About This Product

A new series that solves various problems in stainless steel machining and can be applied to all types of machining. New height general purpose PVD coating

■Thick titanium rich coating

- Adopts thick titanium-rich coating with excellent heat resistance. ・Suppresses crater wear.

■High-hardness titanium-rich nano-laminated film

A newly developed nano-laminated layer containing high titanium is used as the outer layer. The highly hard, fine-grained structure provides both excellent wear resistance and chipping resistance, resulting in a stable and long service life.

■High hardness outer layer

Adopts "high hardness outer layer" technology to improve flank wear resistance.

■High adhesion Al2O3 layer

Adopts newly developed Al2O3 layer. It has excellent interlayer adhesion and suppresses damage such as chipping and peeling.

■Thick film coating

・Adopts CVD coating that is 1.3 times thicker than previous models. ・Excellent wear resistance and long life.

■AH6225

Adopts a base material with high thermal conductivity. By diffusing the cutting heat generated during machining and suppressing the temperature rise near the cutting edge, it maintains chipping resistance and improves plastic deformation resistance. Demonstrates excellent continuous processing performance.

■AH6235

Adopts high toughness base material. Achieves even more stable performance during interrupted machining.
