Overview

■Specifications

・Wetted parts material: PFA ・Supplementary material: Reinforced braided fiber + wire ・Exterior surface: ethylene-propylene rubber ・Operating temperature range: -30°C to 130°C ・Maximum operating temperature: 150℃ within 30 minutes (CC and CP within 135℃ 20 minutes) ・Joint specifications: Material equivalent to SUS316L (standard) ・Both ends of the hose: crimp joint type, reusable joint type In addition to standard joint ferrules (10A to 4S), it can be manufactured to any standard. (NRS fittings such as SMS, DIN, RJT, IDF nuts, cam locks, etc.) 90° drilled bolts and different diameter reducer fittings are also available.

■Features

- Ideal for transporting pharmaceuticals, foods, beverages, cosmetics, chemical products, etc. ・Compliant with FDA 21CFR177.1550 and USP class VI. (CC is FDA 21CFR177.1550 only) ・CC and CP comply with ATEX, and the antistatic effect is RO10^5Ω for CC and RO10^6Ω for CP. ・Reduces rubber odor and scent transfer through hoses. - Extremely flexible compared to conventional straight PTFE hoses. - The exterior is made of EPDM rubber and has excellent chemical resistance. ・Can be manufactured up to a maximum length of 20m.
