About This Product

■Features

- Made with UHMWPE. This extremely lightweight and durable fiber offers excellent abrasion, impact, chemical, and water resistance. - Eight times stronger than piano wire and three times stronger than high-strength nylon, this sling is so light it even floats on water. - Ideal for towing and lifting heavy loads. - Includes two protective nylon covers.

■Inspection Criteria

- Wear: Discard ropes with fraying that makes the twist unnoticeable or damaged fibers. - Damage: Discard ropes with scratches or damage equivalent to more than 1/5 of the rope's diameter. - Other: Discard ropes with significant damage from heat or chemicals. Discard ropes with partial or overall hardening or softening. Discard ropes that have expanded or shrunk in diameter or size compared to new when not under load. Discard ropes that cannot be bent, such as compressed ropes. Discard ropes that have been subjected to high heat or impact loads even once. Discard any products that have hardened due to load, etc. - Usage period. Depending on usage conditions, discard products that exceed the following usage periods, even if there is no damage or abnormality in appearance. For indoor use: 7 years after start of use. For constant outdoor use: 3 years after start of use. * Take care as the product may become slippery if water or oil gets on it. *The maximum usage force varies depending on the lifting method and angle.
