About This Product

Made from strong polyester threads bundled together and covered with a soft nylon protective sheet.

■Working Load

・Straight sling: 2,000 kg. ・Choke sling: 1,600 kg. ・Basket sling: 4,000 kg. ・Basket sling (α≦45°) / 3,600 kg. ・Basket sling (45°≦α≦90°) / 2,800 kg. ・Basket sling (90°≦α≦120°) / 2,000 kg.

■Soft Endless Sling Inspection Standards

・Surface damage: Discard if the surface fabric is damaged and the core is visible. ・Sewing thread damage: Discard if the sewing thread is frayed and the core is visible. ・Other appearance abnormalities: Discard if the surface fabric shows significant fuzzing, discoloration, staining, melting, dissolution, corrosion, or other abnormalities due to friction, heat, chemicals, etc. Discard any items that are so dirty that it is impossible to determine whether they are still usable. - Abnormalities in the core: Discard any core that has hardened in parts and has noticeable uneven thickness. - Usage period: Depending on the usage conditions, discard any items that have exceeded the usage period listed below, even if there is no damage or abnormality in the appearance. For indoor use: Items that have been in use for more than 7 years. For outdoor use: Items that have been in use for more than 3 years.
