About This Product

This breathalyzer is designated by the National Public Safety Commission and certified by the Japan Alcohol Breathalyzer Association.

■Expanded scope of mandatory alcohol tests

The Road Traffic Act will be amended on December 1, 2023, making it mandatory for businesses that operate more than the required number of "white-numbered" vehicles, commonly used private vehicles. -Companies that own one or more white-numbered vehicles with a passenger capacity of 11 or more. -Companies that own five or more white-numbered vehicles. Drunk-alcohol check procedures using breathalyzers are as follows: -Check the driver's alcohol intake using a breathalyzer before and after driving. -Keep the breathalyzer active at all times. -Record the results of the breathalyzer and keep it saved for one year.

Certified by the Japan Alcohol Breathalyzer Association. -J-BAC certified product, certification number JB10002-37. -Direct breath measurement allows for extremely accurate measurements. - Hygienic straw-type design. Compatible with commercially available straws. - Easy-to-read digital display for easy measurement. - Can also detect hangovers and Nara pickles. - Detects breath alcohol concentrations as low as 0.01 mg/L. - A red light and a warning buzzer (for 15 seconds) will alert you when alcohol is detected. - Auto power-off. - Low battery indicator.

■Storage Instructions

After use, store the product in the zippered bag provided with the product. This prevents malfunctions caused by environmental gases. *Article 65, Paragraph 1 of the Road Traffic Act states, "No person shall drive a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol." The data from this device is intended to be used as a basis for determining whether or not you have been drinking, and does not constitute a determination of whether or not you are permitted to drive. The manufacturer and distributors of this device assume no responsibility for any decisions based on the measurement results regarding whether or not you are permitted to drive a vehicle or operate equipment. *It may react to carbon monoxide, volatile components, chemicals, etc. other than alcohol. *Please note that we will not be held responsible for any damages whatsoever. *Even after 3,000 uses, the count will continue and measurement is possible, but measurement accuracy can no longer be guaranteed.
