About This Product

■Characteristics *When used as a shelf life improver

・Can be used for all kinds of foods. - Not only is it effective in the acidic range, but it is relatively unaffected by pH, so it exhibits antibacterial activity over a wide pH range. - Shows strong antibacterial activity not only against general bacteria but also against fungi and lactic acid bacteria. ・The antibacterial effect is increased by the combined use of salt, alcohol, and organic acids. ・Due to its low solubility, it is recommended that it be used in an amount below 0.1% (1,000ppm). When used as a nutritional fortifier: Can be fortified with vitamin B1. (1g of this product is equivalent to 0.413g of B1 hydrochloride.)
