About This Product

This device is a detoxification device primarily intended for exhaust gas treatment in the GaN manufacturing process. By efficiently combining room-temperature dry abatement and catalytic decomposition abatement, we have made it possible to improve maintainability, reduce running costs, and reduce environmental impact.

■Features

・This device decomposes NH3 into nitrogen and hydrogen through catalytic decomposition, making it completely harmless. ・Efficiently and safely removes toxic gases from GaN production process exhaust gas, including MO. ・There is no generation of NOx, which is a problem with NH3 removal using oxidation methods. ・Since it is not a flame type (combustion type), there is no need for propane supply equipment or drainage equipment (However, the A20 decomposition cylinder uses a water cooling type.) - Guaranteed that the target gas concentration in the gas after abatement is below the ACGIH/TLV-TWA value ・The adsorption regeneration type eliminates the need to replace the detoxifier in the after-treatment cylinder, reducing running costs.
