About This Product

This device can completely decompose PFCs such as CF4, C2F6, and C5F8, as well as SF6 and HFCs. Additionally, the heater heating method eliminates the need for combustion fuel such as propane, minimizing CO2 emissions.

■Features

・Since no ancillary equipment is required, space-saving and low running costs are achieved. ・Highly safe as no flame or fuel is required ・No thermal NOx is generated because the decomposition temperature is relatively low. ・Since the catalyst component also absorbs and fixes fluorine compounds, post-treatment equipment such as wet scrubbers is not required.
