About This Product

This is a safety device that, in the unlikely event of a blowout from a toxic gas cylinder or leakage of toxic gas from semiconductor manufacturing equipment (piping, fittings, valves, etc.), sucks it in with the surrounding air and removes the harmful components to below the permissible concentration. .

■Features

・Pyocrine® for emergency safety has extremely excellent processing ability even under large air volumes. ・Removes highly toxic gases, etc. to below permissible concentrations in a short time ・This device has extremely low pressure loss and can reduce blower power. -The entire device is compact and requires a small installation area. ・Equipped with an inverter as standard, it is possible to automatically switch from normal exhaust to emergency exhaust by inputting a leak signal. ・Pyocrine® for emergency safety can be easily replaced ・Since this device is equipped with a sampling cartridge, it is possible to check the remaining capacity of Pyocrine® for emergency safety.
