About This Product

■High-performance portable microbial sampler ideal for use in clean rooms and sterile environments

The ActiveCount 100H and 100 have a touch screen interface with an intuitive screen design that makes it easy to configure cycles and intervals for continuous or periodic sampling. Additionally, automatically recorded data such as measurement location and measurement time can be downloaded from the USB key. The ActiveCount 100 and 100H are next-generation airborne microorganism samplers with an impactor head that can be autoclaved, a stainless steel housing that can be disinfected, and an optional gas sampling adapter that can also be used to monitor compressed gases. The ActiveCount 100H and 100 have a built-in battery that lasts 8 hours under normal usage and is recharged with the included AC/DC (24V) adapter. The ActiveCount100H is equipped with a HEPA filter on the exhaust port to prevent secondary contamination from the exhaust air, and also has an automatic flow control function that actively controls the flow rate to 100ℓ/min. It is also the industry's only microbial sampler with a magnetically detachable, autoclave-compatible Petri dish holder (patent pending). By attaching the optional remote sample head to the ActiveCount100H, you can minimize unidirectional airflow within the BSC (Biopharmaceutics Classification System) and turbulence that occurs on laminar flow benches, and also enable remote monitoring of areas that are difficult to access. It will be. ActiveCount100H is fully compliant with ISO-14698 1 micron meter d50 (median diameter) collection efficiency. d50 is the "50% cut-off" particle size at which 50% of the sample is captured and the remaining 50% passes through the air sampler. Therefore, d50 is considered the resolution of the air sampler (the smallest particle size that can be physically trapped in the air sampler). The d50 of ActiveCount100H is 1.05μm, which matches the size “approximately 1μm” recommended by ISO14698.
