About This Product

■Features

・Edgewise winding is applied to PQ and EER cores. ・By using a bobbin-less structure and edgewise winding, it is possible to downsize compared to conventional products. ・Suitable for high frequency and large current range (10 to 100A). ・Customization is possible. We perform optimal design according to required characteristics.

■Advantages of edgewise coils

・When winding wires with the same cross-sectional area, the space can be reduced compared to multi-layer winding of round wires → Contributing to smaller and lighter products ・Since the current surface area can be increased, the skin effect caused by high frequencies can be reduced → Advantageous for large currents and high frequencies ・Single-layer winding reduces proximity effect and reduces conductivity deterioration due to electrostatic fields
