■FeaturesThe conditions for packing under high pressure and high load are extremely harsh. Hinode Seisakusho designs and manufactures backup rings that bring out the full performance of packing under harsh operating conditions.

We deliver products with the highest processing precision for both general and special shapes.

■Backup ring for O-ringBackup rings for O-rings are divided into three types: spiral, bias cut, and endless. Endless is the best in terms of performance, but depending on the shape of the attachment part, spiral bias is used.

We always have 4F backup rings in stock for O-rings with standard dimensions, but we can also manufacture backup rings for O-rings with special dimensions.

■Backup ring for packingSimilar to O-rings, we also manufacture backup rings for various types of packing to prevent the phenomenon of extrusion.
