About This Product

■Product overview

PHOENICS is the world's first general-purpose computational fluid dynamics (CFD) program developed by the British company CHAM. It is known as a pioneer code for thermal fluid analysis. It firmly eliminates problems that were often seen in later CFD models, such as difficulty in creating meshes, difficulty in analyzing moving objects, and difficulty in customization, and is easy to use enough to enable practical calculations even for non-CFD experts. At the same time, it has high applicability. It also takes advantage of the features of structured lattice to achieve high performance in parallel calculations. Another major feature is that licenses and support are inexpensive, and the barriers to entry for new users are low.
