About This Product

■Tough material that overturns common knowledge about polymers

Wizard Gel® is a self-healing polymer gel (hydrogel) that regenerates even if it breaks. Paints and films with self-healing properties have been put into practical use, but in reality, they only restore the dents to their original state, but do not repair the cut wounds. A major feature of Wizard Gel® is that ``even if it is cut, the wound can be healed by contacting it again'', making it a completely new material. In addition to self-healing properties, it also has high toughness, high elasticity, and drying resistance (compared to general hydrogels), making it a "tough" material that can be expected to have a variety of applications.

■Features

Light curing agent for Wizard Gel. Curing begins by adding it to GM-0001 and irradiating it with ultraviolet light.
