About This Product

Simple shapes like box-shaped aquariums are relatively easy to mold without making a master mold, and in fact, it is better to meet detailed requests such as the size, capacity, drain position, and number of the aquarium. can. In addition, by making general use of the many existing master molds that we have, and by creatively designing the accompanying metal parts, we can create new products with a rich variety of variations, and reduce the cost of mold production. Generally speaking, it costs several times more to produce a master mold than the final product, so I think there is a perception that custom orders are expensive. Therefore, small-lot orders require manufacturing technology that does not require the creation of molds. We manufacture high quality products at low prices using our extensive molds and technical capabilities. Product introduction

■For grain transportation/storage containers

You can load bulk items directly onto the vehicle, allowing for efficient loading and no need to worry about soiling the loading platform. It can also be used as a loading stock or a small FRP tank.

■For fuel transportation and storage containers

This is an FRP container that uses the main body of TK-1N as is. The inside is coated with a top coat to give it a smooth finish, making it difficult for bridging to occur.

■For liquid transportation/storage containers

This is an FRP container using only the lid and hopper part of TK-1N. It can handle liquids with high specific gravity and concentration, and can be attached to various conveyors.

■ Container for transporting and storing powder and granular materials

This is an FRP container using the hopper part of the TK series. The angle of all base hoppers is designed to allow the contents to easily slide, allowing for smooth natural fall. All containers can be customized freely, including stand-mounted specifications, gate-type specifications, stationary specifications (3 legs, 4 legs), and forklift specifications.

■For chemical-resistant tanks

This is a water tank for highly concentrated chemicals. Advanced material selection and reinforced design allow it to withstand harsh environments such as operating dilute sulfuric acid at room temperature of 80 degrees Celsius.

■For fish tank

This is a 6m long live fish tank. It is strengthened by inserting a core material, reinforcing the body and bottom, and adding ribs to the top, making it suitable for aquariums with a certain amount of capacity.

■For bathtub tanks

You can freely specify the color of the inner and outer surfaces using the Munsell number. Since it is gel coated rather than painted, there is no need to worry about the color fading.
