About This Product

■Summary

Bevel polishing monitor sensor system. A system that monitors the degree of polishing of a nitrogen film using two wavelengths: the absorption wavelength of the nitrogen Si film near 650nm and the non-absorption wavelength near 780nm. Features

■Light projection system

・Absorption wavelength: 658nm ・Non-absorption wavelength: 785nm ・Equipped with 2 wavelength multiplexing module -Equipped with a fiber collimator for transmitting and receiving light inside.

■For light reception

・Laser guide fiber (100 x 150 x 6 cores) (configured concentrically with the light projection system) ・2 wavelength demultiplexing module ・658nm side optical/electrical converter (output: 0 to 5V) ・785nm side optical/electrical converter (output: 0 to 5V)

■Details (example)

- Signals of two wavelengths with different frequencies are placed on a single fiber, combined with SM, and emitted. -Receives the reflected light with six 200μ fibers, splits it into 650nm and 780nm, and monitors the reflected light of each wavelength. -The reflected light is converted into electricity and output to a connector such as BNC. - It reacts to signals of each wavelength, and does not react to light that is not emitted by the main unit. ・By connecting SM fiber, it can also be used as an SM light source device. - Light receiving sensitivity can be adjusted as desired using the included volume. ・Wavelength can be set arbitrarily, temperature control function included.
