About This Product

Converting film is a film that is made by laminating materials with different properties to achieve the desired performance. Kojin provides nylon films and PBT (polybutylene terephthalate) films using our unique "tubular method simultaneous biaxial stretching technology." It has the excellent characteristics of shrinking uniformly in both length and width, with little difference in physical properties even at the edges of the film, and being resistant to bag breakage and pinholes. PROBLET is characterized by its ability to stretch and be easily processed, contributing to technological innovation in a variety of applications.

■Problet has excellent formability (thermoforming/cold forming)/followability due to our core technology "Tubular simultaneous biaxial stretching method", and has excellent processability, heat resistance, flexibility, and pinhole resistance. This is a biaxially stretched PBT film that has both high properties and low outgassing properties.

■It can be used in a wide range of industrial/industrial fields, including various release films (release films for molding such as semiconductor encapsulation), cover tapes, 3D decorative transfers, and lithium battery exterior materials.

■It is also an environmentally friendly product that contributes to reducing plastic and CO2 emissions.
